We also only accept orders from accounts with a corporate email address. This means that orders placed using Hotmail, gmail, yahoo, or other personal email address will be rejected.

Card design is subject to Visa approval. It takes 4 weeks to setup a fully branded card design and a setup fee applies. There is no minimum branded card order, once approved you are ready to order.   • Do iChoose Visa Gift Cards have an expiry date?

    Yes, based on your card choice, iChoose Visa Gift cards either have a 1 year or 2 year expiration period from the date of issue. The expiry date is printed on the card. Cards will expire at the end of the month shown. Once this date has been passed, a cardholder will not be able to use the card and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

  • What happens if there are still Funds on the iChoose Visa Gift Card when it expires?

    We cannot extend the expiry date of an iChoose Visa Gift card. Once the card has expired, any remaining funds are forfeited and the card cannot be accessed. Cardholders will not be notified prior to the expiry date.

  • Are there any fees charges to iChoose Visa Gift cards?

    There are some fees when using the call centre or when cards are used overseas. These fees are clearly outlined on the card Terms and Conditions.

  • What happens once all the funds have been spent?

    When the cardholder has finished with the iChoose Visa Gift card they can cut it in half and discard it. They do not need to mail the fully spent card back to us. No additional fees will be charged to you or the cardholder.

    No, iChoose Visa gift cards cannot be re-loaded or topped up. Once the card has been issued with a set value, the card value can be spent and the card disposed of.

    Yes – however some online merchants who have enabled one-time passwords (OTP) or another form of verification. This additional set is beyond the limits of iChoose gift cards and is out of our control. Unfortunately, if a cardholder has this appear at the point of transaction they will not be able to purchase an item online from that web store.

Due to the single load value on a card, merchants who would like you to set up payments which are recurring or paid in instalments will decline a card. These type of payments are beyond the limits of the cards and is out of our control.
