    An iChoose+ Reloadable Visa card is ‘Prepaid’. This means that a single card can have funds loaded frequently by a corporate and a cardholder continues to spend the balance until the card expires. Even when funds are exhausted, and the card has not expired, it can be re-loaded by the corporate. Cardholders select credit at the checkout and enter the PIN which they set at the time of activation. The card can be used multiple times as long as funds exist on the card. Card use instructions are printed on the card packaging.

  • How do I order branded iChoose+ Reloadable cards?

    iChoose+ Reloadable cards offers you a fully branded card with your company design. We can create a card design for you, or you can provide us with a card design to use. Card design is subject to Visa approval. Depending on the design choice and volume of cards required, it can take anywhere from 4 – 12 weeks to setup a fully branded card design and a setup fee applies. If you are after your own branded iChoose+ Reloadable card for clients, employees or friends and family, please contact our customer service team at info@ichoosecard.co.nz so they can assist you in creating your branded card.

  • Do iChoose+ Reloadable cards have an expiry date?

    Yes, iChoose+ Reloadable cards have the choice of a 12 or 24 month expiration period from the date of issue. The expiry date is printed on the card. Cards will expire at the end of the month shown. Once this date has passed, a cardholder will not be able to use the card and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

  • What happens if there are still funds on iChoose+ Reloadable cards when it expires?

    We cannot extend the expiry date of an iChoose+ Reloadable cards. Once the card has expired, any remaining funds are forfeited and the card cannot be accessed. Cardholders will not be notified prior to the expiry date.

  • Are there any fees or charges to use iChoose+ Reloadable cards?

The iChoose+ loyalty reward card can be topped up at any time until the card expires. Only when the incentive card expires should a cardholder look to cut it in half and discard it. They do not need to mail the expired card back to us. No additional fees will be charged to you or the cardholder.
