Who can buy iChoose cards, and do I need an ABN?

iChoose is a corporate reward solution designed specifically for businesses. To set up an account and purchase cards, you must be a registered business with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and business address.

Can I set up an iChoose account with a personal email?

To set up an account with iChoose Gift Cards you need a valid business email address. Email domains like Gmail, Hotmail and yahoo are not accepted and accounts will be cancelled.

Does iChoose offer digital cards?

Yes! Our iChoose Digital Gift Cards are sent to recipients’ emails and can be loaded directly into a smartphone wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) for Tap & Go convenience, no app download required.

Can iChoose digital cards be used online?

Yes! To use digital cards online the cardholder can login their account to view the full card details. The card details including the full card number, expiry and CVV are available to view in the mobile wallet.

What does an iChoose card cost, and are there any fees?

Our gift card range starts from as low as $1.95 + GST for digital cards and $2.95 + GST for a physical card, Shipping fees apply for physical cards which start at $10.95 + GST and varies depending on the number of cards ordered.

How long do the iChoose cards last and do they expire?

iChoose Gift cards (both physical and digital) have a 12-month expiry from the date of issue with no activation expiry.

Absolutely! We offer fully customised, corporate-branded card designs to keep your business front of mind. Custom branding set-up starts from $350 + GST for digital cards.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order quantity – you can order as few as one card.

How are iChoose cards delivered, and how long does it take?

Physical cards are delivered directly to you or your recipients via express post within 7 to 10 business days of payment clearing. Digital cards are sent via the iChoose ordering portal directly to your recipient’s email.

How can I pay – card or EFT?

We make payment simple. You can choose to pay via credit card or bank transfer (EFT), and you will receive an invoice upon confirmation of your order.

Why is my iChoose order status is still Awaiting Payment when I’ve paid by credit card?

Due to the nature of the order funds must be cleared into our bank account before orders can be processed. This includes payment made by credit card.

How long does it take for funds to clear if payment is made by credit card?

Clearance of funds depends on your individual bank and when they release the funds. The process usually takes approximately 5 workings days but it can vary depending on the bank.

I need my iChoose order to be processed urgently, what can I do?

If an order is required urgently, we suggest digital cards be ordered and as soon as the invoice is received payment be made by EFT as these funds usually clear quicker.

How are iChoose physical cards delivered, do they have tracking?

Yes, physical cards are sent via express post with Australian Post. Once the cards have been processed the tracking number is added to your order and you will receive an email with the details.

I ordered physical cards but they have a zero balance. Why?

For security cards are shipped with no funds loaded. Once cards have been received, please log into your iChoose account, go to the order and ‘Request Activation’.

How does someone check their card balance?

Cardholders can quickly and easily check their real-time balance and transaction history online at the website advised on their card.

Can cards be topped up or reloaded?

Standard iChoose Gift cards cannot be reloaded. However, we do have iChoose Reloadable Card available which you can top up continuously, making it perfect for ongoing commission and loyalty programs.

Can you send cards straight to the recipients?

Yes. Physical card orders can be delivered directly to your individual recipients’ addresses within 7 to 10 business days from payment date. Digital cards are also sent directly to each recipient’s inbox.

How do I set up an account and place an order?

Once our team completes your secure behind-the-scenes migration, you will receive an activation email. Simply click the link, log in using your existing uChoose email address, and set a new password to access your upgraded portal and start ordering.

What’s the difference between a gift card and a reloadable card?

Gift Cards are designed for one-off rewards (physical or digital), are valid for 12 months, and cannot be topped up. Reloadable Cards are designed for ongoing incentives (like commissions or rebates), are valid for 24 months, and can be continuously topped up with new funds.
